When do you need it? Processing and shipping time in transit are combined for you. In checkout you’ll see “Delivered No Later Than” dates with Processing & Shipping Method options. Select the best option for you.

Charges are per recipient location. These prices include all the great packaging materials we use to protect your purchase as it travels and FedEx shipping. Express, Premium and Next Day options include expedited processing fees which allow us to move your order along as quickly as you want.

FedEx Saturday delivery is available to most zip codes. Contact Us to request this service.

Canadian friends, refer to the chart below for pricing and delivery timeframes.  FedEx acts as your customs broker at no additional cost. Duties and taxes are due upon delivery. As rates vary by province, we are unable to estimate these charges for you.

For the rest of the world, complete our easy International Shipping Request form.  We’ll return a quote, pronto.

With any international shipment, delivery may be delayed pending customs clearance. Duties and taxes will be collected as determined by local government agencies.

Warm Weather Packaging
Shipping chocolate in warm weather requires expert care. Our insulated shipping box is designed to protect your chocolate during shipment. Each day we look at temperatures across the country. Coolers and ice gel packs are used when necessary at no additional cost to you.

Where to Ship Your Order
You play an important role in your chocolate’s safe arrival. FedEx requires your physical address for delivery. Remember to include any apartment, building, floor and suite numbers. Please review our tips for Selecting a Ship To Address.

Choose a Ship To Address where someone will be able to accept the delivery and care for your package immediately upon arrival. FedEx may require a signature when delivering, particularly to apartment or multi-unit buildings.

If you work during the day or won’t be home, consider shipping to your workplace, a FedEx Office location, a friend, relative or neighbor.

Order Production Time
Our goal is to have your order to you as quickly as possible. We often begin processing your order the day it’s placed. We guarantee your order will arrive no later than the date shown on your preferred Processing & Shipping Method during checkout or promised by phone.

Requests to change your order or delayed proof approval may impact your delivery date.

FedEx Delivery Times
We partner with FedEx for our shipments. FedEx drivers deliver between 8am – 8pm to residential addresses. Deliveries to businesses are made during posted business hours. 

Pick Up at FedEx Office Location

FedEx offers the convenient option of having your package held for pick up at a FedEx Office retail location. These locations are often open late so this can be a great option if you won’t be home.

Shipping to Multiple Locations

Try our Drop Shipping service to ship gift items or candy bars to multiple destinations. The process is a breeze when you download our Multiple Recipient Excel Form. Send us your completed form, we’ll do the rest!

Processing & Shipping charges are per recipient location and based on merchandise value. Checking addresses carefully ensures timely delivery. Additional charges apply when an address is incomplete or incorrect.

For just 1 or 2 locations you’ll probably find it easiest to place separate orders on our website or with us by phone.

Military and PO Box Deliveries

We're happy to ship to APO/FPO military destinations and PO Box addresses. These shipments originate with FedEx, then the US Postal Service makes the final delivery. Limited tracking and delivery information is available at FedEx.com. Transit times range from 2 to 7 business days within the contiguous U.S. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery to overseas military destinations. 

 

Due to the extended transit times with this service our warm weather packaging is not available. Consider purchasing wrappers only when temperatures exceed 75 degrees.

Shipping Address Corrections by FedEx
FedEx charges an $11 service fee to amend an incorrect or incomplete address. Please check your Ship To Address carefully and remember to include apartment, building, floor and suite numbers. If your shipping address requires a change we can charge the fee to your original form of payment or you can provide an alternative payment type.
Undeliverable Returns
Occasionally a gift package is returned to our facility. This may happen if the recipient has moved, the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete or the recipient refuses the delivery. If this happens, we’ll contact you and work with you to resolve delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Third Party Billing
If you'd like to bill shipping charges to your personal or business FedEx account we will accommodate your request. When you elect to use your own shipping account, you will be charged for processing & packaging separately. Contact Us with the details of what you’d like to order and we’ll return a quote quickly.
