At CARSON, we're proud of our ability to process personalized products when you need them. Depending on the shipping method you select, you can receive your order in 1 to 10 business days. If you add a logo or photo, the processing time starts from the day we receive your image. Art set-ups, changes & approvals may impact your delivery. Exceptionally large orders may require additional production time.

When to Order

Although we can process your order in 1 business day when necessary, it is a cost savings to you to order 3 - 4 weeks in advance if time permits.

Volume Discounts

When you are ordering large quantities of personalized wrapped chocolate bars, you may qualify for a discount. Minimum orders per bar size: 1500 minis, 500 standard or 300 large bars per wrapper design are eligible. Shipping costs are calculated before discounts are applied. Our customer service team is ready to assist you; simply fill-in our Request a Quote form.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are per recipient or single location. We base the charges on order value, but also factor in other variables such as your requested delivery date, published UPS rates, packaging materials and weight of your order.  After you have selected your products, estimate your shipping cost in your shopping cart. Multiple Ship to locations and 3rd Party Shipping are available. Contact our Business Consultant for assistance.

Request a Quote

Complete our Request a Quote form and receive a reply no later than the next business day.

Sending Artwork or Photos

You can upload your image or file on our website during the ordering process.  We also accept images via e-mail at photo@carsonbars.com or by regular mail. Please include your name and order number when sending your images.  We will accept your photo or artwork with the understanding that you have obtained any permissions for use that may be required. We will not knowingly violate any copyright regulations.

Digital Files or Formats:
We accept most types for artwork and photos.  Files saved at higher resolutions yield better prints.

Cropping:
For best results, please allow us to crop your photo for you. Due to various frame shapes on our designs, your un-cropped photo gives us greater flexibility for sizing and fitting into the allotted space.

Mailing:
If mailing a photograph or artwork, we would prefer a quality re-print of your original image. Items will be returned with your order or mailed separately via US regular mail. However, CARSON cannot be responsible for photographs lost in mail transit.

Proofs

Artwork Set-ups, Graphic Art Services or extensive Modifications to our designs with fees over $25 include a pdf e-mailed proof; and we require your approval prior to producing your order.  For products with personalization text only, we carefully proof your order for accuracy; however, for $10 we are happy to e-mail a proof to you within 3 business days. You can opt to see a proof at the bottom of the Personalize Your Selection page during the order process.
