Order Change or Cancellation We send an e-mail confirmation with every order and encourage you to check all information for accuracy. If your order has not left our building, necessary changes can be made or you may cancel your order. If your personalized items have already been printed, it may be necessary to purchase correction items for requested changes. Cancellations are subject to a minimum fee of $25, up to the total order value. As soon as possible, please Contact Us. If you order has been shipped, we apologize, but it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Order Inquiry or Status A UPS Quantum View shipping confirmation e-mail with your UPS tracking number, will be sent when your order ships. UPS will also send a delivery confirmation e-mail when your order reaches it's destination. Please add pkginfo@ups.com to your address book to ensure delivery.
Personalization Errors In spite of our best efforts, mistakes can sometimes happen. Rest assured that we will work with you to correct the error quickly. If we make a mistake, we will happily send replacements. We understand our customers may mistype when purchasing online, so we offer a significant discount on correction items.
