How long does it take?
At CARSON wrappedhersheys.com, we're proud of our ability to process personalized products when you need them. Depending on the shipping method you select, you will receive your order in 1 to 10 business days. If you add a photo, the processing time starts from the day we receive your image. Art set-ups, changes & approvals may impact your delivery.
If you would like to pre-order holiday gifts to ensure your selection is available, once payment has been received we will hold inventory for you and will accommodate the delivery date you prefer.

When should I order?
Depending on when you need your order, we offer 4 shipping service options. It is a cost savings to you to order 2 - 4 weeks in advance, if time permits. For candy bar wrapper only orders, you may want to allow yourself more time.
If you need your order exceptionally fast, with Next Day service we can create your order in 1 business day when necessary. We also offer Express (5 business days) and Premium (3 business days) services.
When ordering 2+ months in advance, during CARSON Standard Checkout you may want to request a delivery date closer to your event. Please type a note to us in the Order Comments box located on the 2nd page of the Checkout Process. You may want to include the week you would like to receive your order. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

How much do the items cost?
For candy bars and wrappers only, item prices and minimum order quantities can be found on the individual product pages. After selecting the design you like, you'll find the information on the middle tab of the lower right box. Gift item pricing can be found on category pages and individual product pages.

Do you charge sales tax?
Applicable sales tax is applied for deliveries within the state of Ohio.

When creating a personalized product especially for you, we will process your order as soon as payment is received. To ensure your gift item selection, your credit card will be charged immediately if the product is available. Company checks will be accepted prior to shipments. If your business requires a purchase order, please Contact Us for assistance.

How can I check my order status?
Due to our exceptionally short processing time, the status of your order changes quickly. Once you have received confirmation of your order, you can expect to receive it on or before the delivery date as noted. If you have any specific concerns regarding your order, please Contact Us at your convienence.

Can I order wrappers only, without the chocolate?
If you are a do-it-yourselfer and want to lower your order cost, you can order the personalized wrappers without the chocolate bars. We send easy-to- follow wrapping instructions and recommend the use of a non-toxic glue stick or double-side tape as your adhesive.

How do I send my photograph or artwork?
You can upload your image or file on our website during the ordering process. We also accept images via e-mail at photo@carsonbars.com or by regular mail. Please include your name and order number when sending your images. We will accept your photo or artwork with the understanding that you have obtained any permissions for use that may be required. We honor all copyright regulations.

Cropping: For best results, please allow us to crop your photo for you. Due to various frame shapes on our designs, your un-cropped photo gives us greater flexibility for sizing and fitting into the allotted space.
Digital Files or Formats: We accept most types for photos and artwork. Files saved at higher resolutions yield better prints.
Mailing: If mailing a photograph or artwork, we would prefer a quality re-print of your original image. Items will be returned with your order or mailed separately via US regular mail. Photographs lost in mail transit are the responsibility of the US Postal Service.

Will I get to see a proof?
We believe each order placed with us deserves a personal touch. Your individual order is artfully created by a graphic designer and proofed carefully for accuracy. We would like your order to be worry free for you. However, we can send a pdf e-mail proof for approval within 3 business days if you select Basic Shipping. For faster shipping options, we will try to coordinate your proof approval quickly.
You can opt to see a proof at the bottom of the Personalize Your Selection page during the order process. Artwork Set-ups, Graphic Art Services or extensive Modifications to our designs with fees over $25 include a pdf e-mailed proof; and we require your approval prior to producing your order.

What are the shipping costs?
Flat Rate Basic Shipping is available on ALL orders per shipping location to a continental U.S. delivery address.
Shipping charges are per recipient location and based on processing time and merchandise value. We factor into the cost variables such as your desired delivery date, published UPS rates, packaging materials and weight of your order. After you have selected your products, estimate your shipping cost in your shopping cart. If you're an Ohio resident, you may select to pick up your order at our Fairfield, Ohio location.

Can I ship to multiple locations?
If you wish to ship gift items or large quantities of candy bars to multiple destinations, you can place separate orders on our website or you may want to use our Drop Shipping service. We will handle your multiple shipping address list for FREE. Shipping charges are per recipient location and based on merchandise value.
For an inexpensive gift option, you may want to mail single personalized candy bars to multiple locations using our Candy Bar Mailing service.

Do you ship internationally?
For Canadian addresses, a surcharge is added. Included in the cost, UPS will act as your customs broker. Please note duties and taxes will be due upon delivery. As rates vary by province, we are unable to estimate these charges for you.
If you would like to ship to another international location, fill-in our easy International Shipping Request form and you will receive an e-mail quote by the following business day.

Will I receive shipment tracking information?
When your order ships, a UPS Quantum View shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent containing your UPS tracking number. You will be able to use the UPS website to follow your package from our building to your delivery address. UPS will also send a delivery confirmation e-mail when your order reaches it's destination. Please add pkginfo@ups.com to your address book to ensure delivery.
When shipping to multiple locations, an e-mail will be sent from us with all the tracking numbers for each package.

How is chocolate shipped in warm weather?
Shipping chocolate and other perishables in warm weather requires extra care. When necessary, we will provide insulated cooler packaging and may use air shipping at no additional cost to you.
We would like your chocolate to arrive in good condition. You can help us do that by providing a Ship-To address where someone will be able to care for it immediately upon arrival. If not your home, we suggest your workplace, a friend, relative or neighbor. UPS may require a signature when delivering to apartment or multi-unit buildings. Should you initiate an address change through UPS, they will charge you a fee.

Who do you use for shipping?
For most shipments, we use UPS delivery options. APO, APE & FPO deliveries will be shipped via US Postal Service. Due to Military mail processing, we recommend shipping non-perishable products during warm weather months. International deliveries may be delayed pending customs clearance.

Can I use my shipping account?

Do you offer volume discounts?
When you are ordering large quantities of personalized wrapped chocolate bars or Hershey's gifts, you may qualify for a discount. For details and more information, view Volume Discounts

Can I change or cancel my order?
We understand if you need to make necessary changes or may need to cancel your order. If it’s still in our building, we will try to accommodate you. If shipped, we apologize that we are unable to do adjustments to your order. We send an e-mail confirmation with every order and encourage you to check all information for accuracy. Please add service@carsonbars.com to your address book to ensure delivery. Your e-mail confirmation should arrive to your inbox within minutes of placing your order. You might also want to check your e-mail junk or spam folders.
To make a change on your order, as soon as possible, please Contact Us. If personalized items have been printed, it may be necessary to pay a small fee for changes. To cancel your order, please call 1-800-316-2083. If your personalized items have been printed, cancellations are subject to a minimum fee of $25, up to the total order value.

What is your guarantee?
We guarantee that we will create your order as requested, and that your order will arrive to you in excellent condition for your event. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will work together with you to make it right.
