One of CARSON wrappedhersheys.com core values is Giving Back. As a good corporate citizen, we foster several relationships with organizations within the community in which we live and work. Additionally, we support groups in which our associates are directly involved by providing each of our employees gift certificates to use towards a non-profit or charity event of their choice. The company will also match any personal product donations that our employees make to benefit charitable groups. It is always our wish to impact the community in a positive way to help make the world a better place.

Anthony Muñoz Foundation:
Bengals legend and Pro Football Hall of Fame member Anthony Muñoz has always been very active in the community of Cincinnati. Throughout his playing career, Anthony not only dominated opposing defensive linemen, but also supported worthwhile local charities, attended several fun raising events and simply set an example for others seeking to make an "Impact." After a long, honor-filled NFL tenure, Anthony decided to bring all of his charitable efforts together by establishing the Anthony Muñoz Foundation, a charitable organization. Since it began in 2002 the mission of the AMF is to engage the Tri-State region to impact area youth mentally, physically and spiritual.
We are honored to partner with the Anthony Muñoz Foundation. "The AMF's mission to help community youth completely aligned with one of our core values, Giving Back," said Sharon Frederick, owner. "It is important to us that we use our sucess to give back to the community, which is why we have partnered with Anthony's Foundation."
In addition to a finianical contribution to the AMF, we have donated graphic art time, products for several AMF events and extended time off to staff members who want to volunteer at events like the Hall of Fame Dinner, Golf Classic and the Youth Leadership Seminar.

Paint the Town:
Give Back Cincinnati's Paint the Town is an event where volunteers come together to revive the exterior of houses for homeowners who don't have the means to do so themselves. This daylong event involves over 1,000 people painting 40 homes.
In June, 2011 we rounded up a group of employees to participate in this worthwhile event. Our team was so efficent that we were nearly finished painting by lunch. We even had extra time get to know the appreciative homeowner and to do yard work in the area. After a day of hard work, we went to the after party to bond and make new friends over food and drinks. The event was an amazing experience for all involved.

New Life Mission Holiday Project:
November and December are two of our busiest months of year, however in the midst of the holiday season we set aside time to shop and wrap gifts for local children in need. We gather a group of employees armed with 50 families' Wish Lists and head to Kohl's. Wearing Santa hats we fill cart after cart with clothes, pajamas, shoes, and toys.
Working with the New Life Mission has been a thrill for us and the best part is imagining the children's faces when they wake up on Christmas morning to all the wonderful new presents.
"It is difficult to put into words just how much your generosity meant to so many families this Christmas. I wish you could have seen the faces of the parents when they saw what their children had received. They all stood in stunned amazement first and then several broke into tears before they smiled from ear to ear. We are so blessed to see the response from caring individuals and companies like yours reaching out to those less fortunate," Janet Beck, New Life Mission Holiday Community Project Coordinator.

Happy Hollow Camp:
Happy Hollow Camp impacts the lives of over 800 financially disadvantaged and special needs children from Central Indiana each year. The camp provides week long wilderness experiences that are very valuable to the children. Through the generosity of donors, Happy Hollow has been able to continue its mission for 60 years.
Two of our employees, Michelle Beal and Bob Jefferies, decided to use their CARSON Gives Back gift certificate to provide mini candy bars for the camp's Under the Stars benefit dinner. Guests who purchased raffle tickets received a box which either contained a diamond or a wrapped mini chocolate bar. JoAnn Swank, a supporter of Happy Hollow camp told us, "I can't thank you enough - the personalized minis were wonderful! You have helped Happy Hollow have a successful fund raising event. We think the people at CARSON wrappedhersheys.com are terrific!"
