Production:

Using equipment designed to The Hershey Company's specifications, the standard and miniature bars are professionally wrapped with your personalized design. Our production team hand-wraps the large and giant bars and assembles all of your gift items with care. Each order is packed securely in shipping boxes and climate controlled packaging custom designed for our products. We also validate shipping addresses against the UPS database and monitor temperatures in your hometown to ensure your sweet treats arrive to you on time and in top condition.

Product Development:

Product Development creates exclusive new products. Our graphic artists establish a plan for gifts and wrapper designs based on customer feedback, our previous sales information and Customer Service. We research popular trends and ideas.
