Shipping Information

SHIPPING METHODS
Having your order arrive in good condition is as important to us as making something you'll love. For domestic shipments, we offer
UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air delivery options. For shipments to Canada and The Virgin Islands, we offer delivery by UPS Worldwide Express.

For International or APO/FPO delivery, please call us at 1-800-316-2083, or e-mail service@carsonbars.com for assistance. FPO & APO deliveries will be shipped via US Postal Service. Due to time in transit, for these shipments we may recommend shipping only non-perishable products during warm weather months.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are per recipient. We base the charges on order value, but also factor in other variables such as published UPS rates, packaging materials and weight of your order.

For shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, please add an additional $20. For shipments to Canada & The Virgin Islands, please add an additional $40. Upon delivery, shipments to Canada may be subject to additional brokerage fees, duties and taxes. A Fairfield, Ohio pick-up option is available at no charge.

Please refer to the Shipping Options chart (right), as well as the UPS U.S. Ground Shipping map (lower right) that shows transit time between us (Ohio) and each state.

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME
Depending upon the shipping method you select, shipping transit time is 1 to 5 business days and is in addition to the 3 business day standard processing time (printed, wrapped and packaged). By paying for Rush processing and upgraded shipping options, it's possible to receive your order 1 to 2 days after placing it.

SHIPPING IN WARM WEATHER
Shipping chocolate and other perishables in warm weather requires extra care. When necessary, we will provide climate controlled packaging at no additional cost. Additionally, we may hold your order over a weekend to ship it on the following Monday.

When seasonal temperatures are 75 degrees or above, ground shipping may not be offered to your ship to state. If you still want ground shipping when it is not offered to you, we would like to make you happy and will honor your request; however, we will not be able to guarantee that your chocolates will arrive without softening, and may not be able to use climate controlled packaging materials.

WHERE TO SHIP YOUR ORDER
We would like your chocolate to arrive in good condition, and we know you would, too. You can help do that by giving us a Ship To address where someone will be able to care for it immediately upon arrival, such as a friend, relative or place of business. Should you initiate an address change through UPS, a $10 fee will be charged to you upon our receipt of notice from UPS.

SATURDAY DELIVERIES
If you think you might need Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Care Center for assistance at 1-800-316-2083 or e-mail us at service@carsonbars.com. UPS Saturday Delivery is an additional charge and is not available for all zip codes.
