ORDERING INFORMATION
Once I've placed an order, how long does it take to receive it? At CARSON, we're proud of our ability to process personalized products very quickly. Depending on the shipping method you select, shipping time is 1 to 10 business days.
If you add a photo or logo to your wrapper, your order's processing time starts from the day we receive your image.

When should I place my order? You might wonder when to order for a special occasion, event or wedding. Although we can create your order quickly, it is a cost savings to you to order 2 to 3 weeks in advance, if time permits. For wrappers only orders, you may want to allow yourself more time. Feel free to order as early as you like and have us hold shipping until closer to the event date
Can I order wrappers only and wrap the bars at home myself? If you are a do-it-yourselfer and want to lower your order cost, you can order the personalized wrapper without the chocolate bars. We send easy-to-follow wrapping instructions and recommend the use of a non-toxic glue stick as your adhesive.

Can the original 1.55oz standard Hershey's bar still be purchased? In 2003, Hershey's changed the wrapper on their 1.55oz standard sized bar. The paper wrapper and silver foil has been replaced by a brown wrapper with crimped ends. Hershey's made this change to maintain the quality and integrity of the chocolate. Leading the industry of personalized wrapped chocolates, CARSON has a machine process that enables us to reproduce the classic Hershey's bar look. On the standard bar, we place foil over the new Hershey's bar finseal wrapper, and your personalized wrapper on top of that.
When ordering 1.55oz standard wrappers only, we include pre-cut foil sheets. If you were unaware of this change prior to your wrapper order, or are unable to find candy bars for your order, we sell foil wrapped bars with a plain white wrapper.

CHOCOLATE INFORMATION
What chocolate bar sizes are available? Below are the chocolate bar dimensions and a visual comparison for you.

How do I store my chocolates after I receive them? If your package is shipped in an insulated cooler, please remove and discard the climate controlled packaging immediately upon receipt. Please verify the contents. You can store the chocolate bar box in a pantry or any other cool, dry space.
What is the shelf life of chocolates? The shelf life of confectionary products is generally one year. Our chocolate supply is replenished every month.
What chocolate will I receive in my Hershey's® Assorted Miniatures order? Hershey's® Assorted Miniatures™ bars are sold in a variety assortment of Milk Chocolate, Krackel®, Mr. Goodbar ®and Special Dark® bars. All orders for Hershey's® Assorted Miniatures™ bars will receive a variety of the four brands. Please note when ordering metallic wrappers, bar ends will be both silver and gold foil.
What are Hershey's® ingredients, nutritional, allergy and kosher information? All Hershey's® chocolate products sold by CARSON meet kosher requirements. Kosher products are foods manufactured in a facility that complies with dietary and sanitary requirements of Jewish Law, as well as contain kosher certified ingredients. CHANGES TO AVAILABLE WRAPPER DESIGNS
Can I make changes to available wrapper designs? We often receive requests for changes to our wrapper designs. When possible, we are happy to make adjustments for you; however, changes that require a graphic artist may be subject to a nominal art fee.
Can I put an engagement back design option on a wedding front design option? We can certainly accommodate your request at no extra charge. You may choose any back design to complement any front design. Please contact us to place your order by phone at 1-800-316-2083 or e-mail service@carsonbars.com.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Can you create a custom designed wrapper to match a theme? At CARSON, we offer our customers the option to create a completely unique or theme related personalized wrapper for a nominal art fee. ADDING A PHOTO, LOGO OR ARTWORK
What is the fee to add my photograph or logo to a wrapper? Design templates with a personalized photograph or corporate logo option have applicable art fees. Please see individual product pages for pricing.
How do I send my photograph or artwork? We accept images via e-mail at photo@carsonbars.com as well as through any mail service. Please include your name and order number when sending your images.

Scanning: Please scan the image at a resolution of 200 dpi and at least 4 x 6 inches in size.
Cropping: Please do not edit or crop your picture before sending it to us. Our graphic designers will crop it to fit in the wrapper properly and will make it look as close as possible to the wrapper example as shown. If you have a specific request for cropping, please include this information in your order comments.
Digital Images: We prefer a JPG format at a resolution of 200 dpi and at least 4 x 6 inches in size, but will also accept TIFF, EPS or PSD documents. You will receive a confirmation e-mail upon receipt of your e-mailed image.
Artwork: We prefer to receive your artwork in Illustrator format (version CS3 or lower) or in high resolution art (200 dpi or greater).
Comments: May be sent with your e-mail, mailed or placed in the Special Instructions section of the online order process.
If mailing a photograph or artwork, we would prefer a quality re-print of your original image. Items will be returned with your order or mailed separately via US regular mail. CARSON cannot be responsible for photographs lost in mail transit.

Will I see a proof of my personalized wrapper prior to shipment? Our creative production team creates your personalized wrapper with the utmost care, and your order is proofed by two different departments. If you would like to see an e-mailed proof on a standardized (template) design, we can certainly accommodate your request for a $10 fee.
Design templates with a $50 art set up fee, custom designs or major template changes automatically include an e-mailed proof with applicable art fees. We require your approval prior to production of your order.

Are there price adjustments? Prices are subject to change. We offer an adjustment for items purchased within 5 days of a promotion you may receive. Simply contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-316-2083 or e-mail us at service@carsonbars.com.
In spite of our best efforts to ensure the accuracy of pricing on wrappedhersheys.com, errors may still occur. We will honor the published pricing at the time your order is placed.
Do you offer discounts on large orders? When a single order is over $750, we would love to help you save a little money. Discounts apply to product only. For assistance, contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-316-2083 or e-mail us at service@carsonbars.com.
Do I have to pay sales tax? Applicable sales tax is applied for deliveries within the state of Ohio.
How can I check my order status? A shipping confirmation e-mail, including your UPS Tracking Number, will be sent to your e-mail account on record. Please contact our Customer Care Center if you need more information at 1-800-316-2083 or e-mail us at service@carsonbars.com.
Can I change or cancel my order? If your order has not yet left our building, necessary changes can be made, or you may cancel your order. As soon as possible, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-316-2083 or e-mail service@carsonbars.com. Since we have an exceptionally short processing time and your personalized order may already be printed, you might need to purchase correction wrappers for your needed changes. Cancellations are subject to a minimum fee of $25 up to the total order value. If your order has been shipped, we apologize, but it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
We send an e-mail confirmation with every order and encourage you to check this confirmation carefully after placing your order. If any changes are needed, please contact us immediately at 1-800-316-2083 or e-mail us at service@carsonbars.com.
In spite of our best efforts, mistakes can sometimes happen. Rest assured that we will work with you to correct the error quickly. If we make a mistake, we will happily send replacement wrappers at no cost to you. We understand our customers may mistype when purchasing online, so we offer a discount on correction wrappers.
What is your return policy? Because we sell personalized products, returns, refunds or exchanges may not be possible and require authorization from a Customer Service Representative. Returns are subject to a minimum fee of $25, up to the total order value. Custom artwork, rush, photo and shipping fees are non-refundable.
