Packaging & Shipping Information
We take as much care in packaging & shipping your order for shipment as we do in making your personalized wrapper. For domestic shipments, we offer UPS Ground, Second Day Air and Next Day Air delivery options. For Canadian and The Virgin Islands shipments, we offer UPS Worldwide Express. Shipments to Canada may be subject to additional brokerage fees, duties or taxes. Our shipping chart is based upon order value, but also factors in variables such as published UPS service cost, packaging materials and weight of your order.
Shipping charges are per recipient and based upon your total order value. In order to ensure quality upon arrival and due to varying temperatures across the country, we may not be able to ship your chocolate over the weekend. When climate or destination requires extra care, we may suggest air shipping and/or provide climate controlled packaging for your chocolates. All packaging costs are included in your shipping and processing.
Shipping transit time is in addition to the 3 business days order processing time. Rush processing, order production within 1 business day, is available for an extra fee. Rush processing does not include shipping cost or shipping time in transit.
To make certain you receive your chocolate order in quality condition, we recommend sending your package to an address where someone will be able to care for it immediately upon arrival. Packages may be sent to a residential or business address where you, a friend or family member are available. Address changes made directly through UPS will incur a $10 fee and we will charge your credit card upon receipt of notice from UPS.
Our standard shipping charges are shown below, as well as a map displaying which states qualify for ground shipping. Please note, based upon the month’s average temperatures, ground shipping may be seasonal by state. All prices are expressed in US currency. If your state is not listed for ground shipping but you would like to use this method, we can honor your request. We suggest this option only if the destination temperatures are below 75º. If ground shipping is requested to a state we recommend air shipping, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a guarantee that your chocolate will arrive without softening.
For Saturday, International, APO/FPO deliveries, contact our customer service department at 800.316.2083 or service@carsonbars.com. FPO & APO can not be shipped through UPS. Delivery to APO/FPO addresses must be shipped through the US Postal Service. We do not recommend perishable products be shipped to an APO or FPO address when temperatures are above 75 degrees.

* For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please add $ 20.
** For shipments to Canada & The Virgin Islands, please add an additional $ 40.
A Fairfield, OH pick-up option is available at no charge.

Processing Time
At Carson, we pride ourselves on our ability to process a personalized product quickly. All orders can generally be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Please remember shipping time in transit is in addition to this processing time.
Personalized wrapper orders with a photograph will be processed from the date the photo is received. If you send your photo electronically, you will receive a reply confirmation email from our creative production department.
For special occasions, events or wedding favors, we recommend you place your order 3 - 4 weeks prior to the event, allowing us processing time and ensuring you receive the product at least 7 days before your event.
If you require a faster processing time or delivery, we do offer RUSH processing service. With Rush processing service selection, we will process your order within 1 business day for an additional $ 25.00. Carson Quality Assurance and Return Policy
We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality personalized wrappers. Our goal is to take every measure possible to ensure your satisfaction with the products you receive from us. We offer an email confirmation for each order and encourage you to check your confirmation thoroughly after placing your order. Please contact us immediately if changes are required.
In the unfortunate event that your order contains an error, we will work with you to correct the mistake quickly. If any order were to contain an error or misprint due to our failure in production, we will happily reprint and ship wrappers to you at no cost. We also certainly empathize with our customers who make mistakes on their personalized wrappers and offer a discount on correction wrappers.
Kindly notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, if your order arrives in less than an acceptable condition. Simply contact our customer service department at 800.316.2083 or email us at service@carsonbars.com.
Due to the personalization of the product, returns, refunds, and exchanges may not be possible, and require authorization from an appropriate Carson representative. Returns are subject to a minimum fee of $25 up to the total order value. Custom artwork, rush, photo and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Price Adjustments
Prices are subject to change. We offer an adjustment for items purchased within 5 days of a promotion you may receive. For questions and adjustments call 800.316.2083.
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing on wrappedhersheys.com but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur. We will honor published pricing at the time your order is placed.
Order Change or Cancellation
Please contact our customer service department at 800-316-2083 or service@carsonbars.com . Due to our exceptionally short processing time and the personalized product, changes or cancellations are subject to a $ 25 minimum fee up to the order value. You may change or cancel your order as long as the order status is in production. If order status is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please provide your order number and name when communicating with our representative.
