WH: Thank you for your product review. Most chocolate has a shelf life of 9-12 months from the manufacture date. Our inventory is replenished monthly so freshness should never be an issue. The consistency of the chocolate used for the minis is definitely a little different depending on the flavor. Our goal is to exceed your expectations by providing you with a product youre proud to share with family and friends. We recommend any time you're not happy with your order that you contact our Customer Service department for the option of returning the product for a refund or exchange. WH: Thank you for your product review. We agree and have shared your comments with the Hershey's Food Co. Right now, the Hershey's Assorted Miniatures bars are produced and sold in a variety assortment of Milk Chocolate, Krackel, Mr. Goodbar and Special Dark bars only. The Special Dark bars include gold foil while the other flavors include silver. Rest assured, if they decide to sell them in individual flavors, we would definitely look at offering our minis in individual flavors too! Thanks again for your comments.
