Color not as expected

I thought the pink color would be hot pink, but it turned out to be not as bright. I didn't expect it to be dark.
Response: We want you to receive what you expect so we calibrate our printers every day to ensure the color is as close to the online example as possible. Occasionally, the colors will differ due to the variation from computer monitors and printers.
