Customer service was great. It would be nice if you offered pre-glued wrappers. It would also be nice if you offered a 2DA price and shipped in a smaller envelope because for the size of the product there seems to be a waste of packaging. Perhaps this would save the customer some money.

CWH: Thank you for your comments. We know everyone's needs are different and offer 4 processing and shipping options. Upon reviewing your order it looks like you used our Premium service option which means you received a personalized product in 3 business days. We recommend allowing yourself a little extra time with your next order by ordering at least 3 to 4 weeks prior to your event so you can take advantage of our Basic shipping option. With regard to the pre-glued wrappers, we've investigated this however, the price of the wrappers only would then be comparable to a wrapped candy bar price. We've decided to continue to offer the wrappers only product as a do-it-yourself, low cost choice without self-adhesive. Again, thank you for your comments.

Got these favors for my boyfriend's 50th birthday. What a hit. Added a great personal touch and everyone loves candy bars. :)
