Thank you and everyone else that was involved in the making of the wrappers for the chocolates I ordered. I have never dealt with a company before that has been more of a pleasure to work with than every person I spoke to during the time I ordered my wrappers and canisters. I am now in the process of finishing up all the plans for my son's Bar Mitzvah. I have been dealing with lots of people and companies and you guys make the top of my list of people to deal with. Your staff is extremely knowledgeable in the products you have and the prompt attention to every matter during the process was amazing. You were all very sweet to talk to and never made me feel like I was being a pain. When I received the chocolates I was more than happy with the way it came out and pleasantly surprised that there was an ice pack in there too. My son did not know that I was making these up for him so when I showed him when they came he had the hugest smile on his face and loved them. He thought it was so cool to have his name Matthew on every piece of chocolate. Thank you again and I very much look forward to positively using you in the future.

I have ordered a few times for various events - birth announcement, graduation announcement and thank you gifts. Personalized candy always gets high raves as a unique and fun idea! We often carry thank you bars when we travel and give them to people who are kind to us - in the airport, hotel, restaurants. Love the custom Hershey's wrappers! The bride and groom loved them too. I only wish I had ordered them wrapped if it wasn't so darn hot in Arizona I would have but was concerned about receiving chocolate soup! Wrapping 250 chocolate bars diminished my taste for chocolate but only for a day. Thanks for an excellent product.

We ordered a specially designed wrapper for our wedding reception and it turned out beautifully. I didn't have artwork to provide, just an idea in mind of what I wanted. I called and worked with a customer service associate who gave the notes to a designer. I had a proof to review in just a couple of days and I loved what the designer did - from colors to design, it tied in with the tone and setting of our wedding. The candy bars arrived just when we were told they would (in fact, I had ordered very early and I asked if they could wait and ship them to arrive at a date of my choosing - and they did.) They were packed securely with instructions for keeping them from melting - no broken or melted bars, and the quantity I ordered, perfectly wrapped with our design. I can't wait for another event so I can order more. Definitely worth it!

Not a Good Experience

This is my second time using custom candy bars for my own design. I had a difficult time working with the art team, they couldn't seem to get my design right, then wanted to charge me more money if I wanted to make anymore changes. Thankfully the last design they sent was perfect and it turned out great. But working with them was not a good experience, I doubt there will be a third time in the cards for them.

Our artwork set up fee is typically $50 which covers 1 hour of graphic design time, which is normally sufficient for nearly all of the custom orders we create as well as changes needed. We have a talented team of designers and upon request can provide additional graphic design services upon request. We apologize if your experience was not good. I could not have been happier with our candy bars. The artwork and printing were excellent. The chocolate was all in tact despite 90 degree weather, because it was carefully packed with chill bags. The price was reasonable and everyone was helpful and professional. Several of the students have told me that they have kept the wrappers as mementos of Senior Dinner, after enjoying the chocolate of course! Thank you, you have my unqualified endorsement!

Hockey Team Was Thrilled

Ordered 100 of the bars. Team Photo and Team Logo were on the cover and had names on the back. Put 2 each in 20 wrapped gift boxes. Each team member received a box. Everyone opened the boxes at the same time. All were surprised and thrilled. Some took pictures of the candy bar with the phone and posted to their Facebook page right then. The remaining bars were then placed in a dish. Team members were told they could take some if they wanted too. The wrapped bars went fast. This was a Valentine Dinner to recognize the team's dedication and hard work during the 2011-2012 Houston Aero Ice Hockey season.

We had a monogram created for my son's wedding that was used on their toasting glasses, cake servers and lit on the dance floor. We changed the BB61 for my son's school presentation talking about Christopher Columbus. Just wanted to let you know Adam got an A on his oral presentation. Usually he has an impossible time going two minutes but with the candy bars and the information on it, he made it his time. The teacher thought is was an extremely unique idea and of course the kids thought it was outstanding, especially when then found out they each got one. Adam only had one out when he did the presentation and some of the kids were asking if it was a candy bar. When Adam's teacher told them he had something for everyone, they got all excited. I am sure that there are students that will remember facts about Christopher Columbus that they would not have paid attention to before. Thank you again for all your help. It really paid off.

We had a very good experience with this order. The design we submitted for the wrapper was reproduced skillfully, exactly as we wanted it. In addition, the delivery was made on the exact date we had requested, and was carefully packed so that the bars wouldn't break in transit. In addition, since the month was August, and the weather was hot, special refrigeration was added to the packing, to keep the chocolate from melting. We were delighted.
